It is really appreciable but first govt should provide basic health facility to the backward areas because many of us can not afford the the fee of private doctors. Is there any regulatary authority for doctors who can fix there fee? Govt should also banned private practiced. Normal fee of just a comman doctor is 500 to 1500 rupees.
