District Administration Swat has started a comprehensive and elaborate program to address the issue of cleanliness and sanitation.In this regard, an awareness seminar on Cleanliness and Sanitation was arranged in Wadudia Hall by District Administration.Elected representatives including District Nazim,District Naib-Nazim and Tehsil Nazims,all Assistant Commissioner of Swat ,TMOs,WSSC staff and general public attended the seminar.Deputy Commissioner Swat Amer Afaq stressed on all concern departments that cleanliness and sanitation activities should be carried out on regular basis.In the end,Deputy Commissioner Amer Afaq distributed biodegradable bags among the participants and showed his commitment to replace polytene bags that are environment hazardous.General public is requested to cooperate with District Administration and deposit their waste at designated places.

Very good function regarding cleanliness but it should be extended to our village and our mohallah too. Here drainage system is very weak and no one has given attention to solve this problem Our UC members has reflected this developmental activities only on those areas where they have been political attachments and relationships. Please notice towards our this serious Issues.thanks
