In compliance of complaint received from PMRU DC office Swat, KP Health Care Commission inspection team comprising of Assistant Commissioner Barikot Mrs. Anum Nasir, Senior Inspector KP-HCC Saeed Ur Rehman, Inspector Muhammad Rais Jan alongwith Inspector KP-HCC Afzal Abid carried out visit of Barikot District Swat in pursuance of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission Act 2015.
Following action has been taken detail is given below:

1. Aleena Maternity Home of Miss Tahira Manzoor was locked and sealed due to non registration of maternity home with KPHCC. Expire medicine were also recovered which were used in the gynae procedures. LHV Tahira Manzoor was practicing as a gynecologist. Maternity Home was also found in unhygienic condition.
2. Haqani Dawakhana of Mr. Fazal e Haqani was locked & sealed due to non-registration of dawakhana with KPHC. Non-qualified person Mr. Fazal e Haqani false claim to be Hakim and was found busy in tibb practice at the time of inspection. Allopathic Indian banned drugs were also recovered from the said dawakhana.
3. Al-Shifa Dawakhana of Mr. Qari Nasar Ullah was locked & sealed due to non-registration of dawakhana with KPHC. Non qualified person Mr. Qari Nasar Ullah false claim to be Hakim and failed to produce NCT Islamabad registration at the time of inspection.
