I am about to finish reading Rohul Amin Khan Nayab’s recently published book ‘Zandan-e-Zest.’ The book indeed deserves to be read from cover to cover.
Nayab is articulate, knowledgeable and possesses unbelievably acute powers of observation, I had no doubt about his these qualities but by reading his poetry, it revealed upon me that underneath he has a warm heart for the less privileged and down-throdden masses and through his poems Nayab never seems to cease to throw off thoughts and ideas like sparks from a sparkler. Nayab is a man of so active an intelligence, such deep seriousness and impressive sincerity, and such unbending conscientiousness, that he left his impression on everyone who was associated with him.
I congratulate Nayab on his consummate elegant poetry.
