DISTRICT HEALTH STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING.

A meeting of DSC (Health) was held today on January 02, 2019 under the Chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner Swat. DHO Swat, DMS (SGTH), MS (NSKH), DMO (Health), DAO (Accounts) and Focal Person (PMRU) and other stakeholders attended the meeting.
Decisions:
1. The Chair directed DMS to obtain updated information in the matter of purchasing equipment for newly constructed block of SGTH, District Administration will take up the issue of express line for uninterrupted supply of electricity with the WAPDA authorities.
2. Proper mechanism be adopted for maintaining complete and updated HR data in order to keep track of staff moving from one unit to the other.
3. The chair directed to constitute a committee to monitor all cases of General Duties of officials, comprise ADC, DDHO, DMO IMU (Health).
4. DMS (SGTH) was directed to make a mechanism for internal monitoring of the hospital.
5. DHO Swat was directed to provide detail of Non-functional Biometric system of the hospitals.
6. The chair directed DHO Swat and DMO Health to hold a monthly coordination meeting before each DSC Meeting.
7. Worthy Commissioner Malakand Division will be requested to take up the case with the GOC regarding Health Department buildings previously held/used by Pak Army.
